Man On Roof Waiting For God

A man comes by in a boat and says get in get in the religous man replies no i have faith in god he will grant me a miracle later the water is up to his waist and another boat comes by and the guy tells him to get in again.

Upon arriving in heaven the man marched straight over to god. The waters rose higher and higher and eventually they rose so high that the man on the roof was washed away and alas the poor man drowned. Of course the drowning man still refuses and says no thanks. A religious man is on top of a roof during a great flood.

Why didn t you come and save me and god said son i sent you a warning. Just then another man came by in a row boat. Thanks but no thanks mate. The man waved the helicopter away shouting back that he was waiting for god to save him.

My god will save me. A helicopter flew by and a man inside lowered a rope and shouted down for the stranded man to climb up the rope. When in heaven the man stood before god and asked i put all of my faith in you. The man in the boat invited the other man to get in and he d save him.

A fellow was stuck on his rooftop in a flood. As the flood waters rose a man was on the porch of his house and prayed that god would save him from drowning in the flood. Naturally the speedboat driver offered to rescue this man. The flooding water came over the roof and caught him up and swept him away.

The man on the porch said no thanks i m waiting for god to rescue me. Why didn t you come and save me and god said son i sent you a warning. A helicopter flew by and a voice came over a loudspeaker offering to lower a ladder and take him off the roof. Soon the man was forced to climb up onto his roof.

But the man still wouldn t get in. Sadly the drowning man did drown. The speedboat driver was obviously surprised but since it was so apparent that this drowning man refused to accept his help he decided to speed away never to return. I m waiting for my god to save me the drowning man said.

Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof jump in i can save you the stranded fellow shouted back no it s ok i m praying to god and he is going to save me. Heavenly father he said i had faith in you. The man in the house said no thanks i m waiting for god to rescue me can you see where this is going the waters kept on rising. The man on the roof prayed for god to save him.

He went to heaven where he sees god. When in heaven the man stood before god and asked i put all of my faith in you. He responds that he has faith in god and god will give him a miracle.
